Lax and Vaumery 2024In August 2024 Laura and I spend a week in Lax, Switzerland, and following that we spend a week in Vaumery, France.

In Fäld in the Binntal valley, I eat cholera, a Wallis specialty. It's a warm, savory pie with potatoes and leek.
