In July and August 2021 Laura and I spend two weeks in Zeelandic Flanders in the Netherlands. We rent a home on a farm near Aardenburg. For the whole of the holiday I accidentally use an incorrect ISO value, causing many of my photos to fail.
Our home in the barnyard. We are only the second tenants, and the garden is not yet finished.
Lots of sky and a faraway horizon.
Geese that appear to be preyed upon by a bird of prey.

The landscape is surprisingly varied. In the distance is a dike, which apparently once bordered a polder, but now lies in the middle of the country, without a river.
Having cut and threshed the grains, the combine harvester takes it to a cart.
